Tangentz is a butoh and contemporary dance group based in Honolulu, Hawaii USA. Artistic Director Lori Ohtani has taught butoh workshops and performed in Japan, Canada and the USA. Tangentz Performance Group sponsors Butoh Net to inform the public about the beauty of butoh dance and to provide contact information for butoh performers and teachers. We are interested in corresponding with others interested in Butoh and in furthering the publics awareness of this art form. We are also interested in communicating with any Butoh artists planning to visit Hawaii.
